Refund Policy

You are entitled to ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product(s) or the service(s), for which you have already payed for.

If you choose to opt for a refund, then please send your enquiry to us, either via postal service or e-mail, to the following address :

You will be entitled for a refund, if you succesfully meet the requirments specified above.

If you meet the specified requirments and wish to apply for a refund,  you will not only be reimbursed for the value of the product(s), but also for the shipping cost (only if the product is different than the one that was ordered, or if the material is damaged). The money transfer method will be the same as used before, when we received payment for the product(s) or service(s) purchased by you. If possible, the transfer can be carried out by using a different method, but only if no extra costs will appaer because of it. The refund will be upheld until we receive the product(s), or until we receive confirmation that the product(s) have been sent (the earlier date will be taken into consideration). Once you have received entitlement for a refund, you must send the product(s) back in 7 days or less, if not, then you will no longer receive the refund for the product(s).

At the same time, you will not be entitled for a refund if :
- The product will not meet hygienic and health care requirments after opening it.
- The product was especially created and / or produced for the costumer.
