Mesh 120g is a 100% polyester, perforated-structure mesh textile, with a weight of 120 g/m² making it more durable and stable than lighter mesh fabrics. Its excellent breathability and quick-drying properties make it ideal as lining for sportswear and technical accessories. The 120 g/m² weight and 146 cm width make it ideal as a lining material and for more durable technical use.Mesh 120g is a mesh-structured, perforated-surface textile used primarily for sports and technical purposes. The open structure ensures continuous airflow, so the material contributes to comfortable wear and moisture transport. The polyester base material guarantees durability and easy handling.
Material composition and structural characteristics
The 100% polyester composition results in a resistant, long-lasting textile. The mesh design contains small openings that promote ventilation and quick drying. The 120 gsm weight already represents a stronger, more durable material compared to lighter mesh variants.
The 146 cm width can be well applied for various cutting patterns, especially for sportswear and technical products, where adequate ventilation and stability are both important.
Applications
Mesh 120g can be widely used as a lining material for sports and outerwear products, such as windbreakers, raincoats, running tops and sports trousers. The breathable structure helps with comfortable wear even during intense movement. As lining, it most often goes under a lightweight softshell outer layer, and for thicker jackets behind heavyweight softshell.
For accessories, it can be used for the inner construction of hoods, as well as for the side pockets and internal dividers of bags and backpacks. For pocket solutions, it is also suitable for the inner pockets of sports trousers and jackets.
As a decorative element, it appears as a combined inset in modern streetwear pieces, where both the functional and aesthetic role are important. In these combinations, polyester jersey often provides the closed-surface sections.
